1. Expresses ideas and provides input.
2. Actively participates in meetings, contributing to the discussion, brainstorming, and sharing innovative ideas.
2024 Nominating Committee Action Items:
1. Develop a leadership succession plan that will identify, assess, and develop members to ensure leadership continuity for all volunteers of the association.
2. Identify a Board of Directors slate for 2025.
3. Provide Board of Directors reports of actions, discussions, and recommendations.
